4 sources: 6-step frequency sweep, 1000 Hz,  400 Hz, and Microphone. All channels are in phase with each other. 

4 selectable levels: 8 dBu, 4 dBu, 0 dBu, and -10 dBu; digital: -12 dBFS, -16 dBFS, -20 dBFS, and -30 dBFS. 

Select Tones with Voice ID, Tones only, Voice ID only, and Mute. 

Digital outputs operates at industry standard 48KHz and professional audio 96KHz digital rates.

Station ID Capable.

AES digital serial on BNC connectors with standard 75 Ohm output. 

Convenient full size XLR audio connectors with balanced 100 Ohm analog audio output. 

Internal frequencies are digitally synthesized and crystal controlled.

Digital outputs (48KHz/96KHz) can be locked to house reference.

Internal microphone lets you communicate over the test channels.

Compact low-voltage (12VDC) design can be easily used with mobile equipment. 

Handy Front Panel LED indicates when markers are being sent. 

Tone: digitally generated tones. Switch selectable frequencies are 1000, 400 Hz, steps. Output +8,4,0, & -10 DBu. Analog accuracy +/-0.1dB.

Step: 6 stepped tones 125Hz, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, & 4000Hz. Duration 500ms each continuously repeating. 

Microphone: Internal, front panel, microphone allows user to communicate over all channels being tested. 

Level: Selectable audio level output is 8, 4, 0 and -10 dBu. Level adjusts microphone setting.

Voice ID: Voice ID function selectable to overlay all output modes. Digital 8KHz recording to play 1 second on each channel. LED indicates when Voicing on channel 1. Default text is "Channel one... Channel two" etc.

Station ID: A station ID may be added. ID (0-16 seconds) plays on all channels at same time before channel 1 ID. ID is recorded at 8KHz.  Default message is blank.

AES Stereo digital outputs: Two digital stereo outputs provide 4 audio test channels (two left/right pairs). Serial output 1.5VPP nominal into 75 Ohms on BNC connector. Digital channel audio matches analog output channels. Selectable digital rates of 48KHz and 96KHz.  All tones are in phase.

Audio Output: Output balanced 100 Ohm on full size XLR male connectors. 

External Sync: input DAR reference or analog Color black locks digital output to house source. 

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Interface: Standard USB-Mini-B interface. For connection to PC and customizing ID messages. Interface is USB 1.1 & 2.0 compliant.

Input Voltage: 9VDC nominal. Connector 2.1mm X 5.5mm X 11mm (inside x outside x Length). Compatible with Automobile battery voltage (13.2VDC). Reverse voltage protection.
